Once production has started orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting us at support@hanagami.ca
It is the customer’s responsibility to promptly reach out to us for refunds or cancellations. We try to get your orders into production as soon as we can, so the earlier you reach out to us the more likely we are to successfully process your request.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, such as the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
